THINK – DREAM- ACHIEVE
To support school leaders to deliver world class opportunities for every school and every learner to be the best they can be. “School leadership is second only to classroom teaching as an influence on pupil learning” Leithwood et al, 2008.
Every child has the right to the very best education in order to achieve more than they previously dreamed possible. As Fenton Whelan in “Lessons Learned” states “student achievement in a school almost never exceeds the quality of its leadership”. Our belief is that with the right support, advice and training the leadership can be improved to deliver high student achievement.
To provide consultancy in order to support school leaders, leadership teams and school business managers in providing exceptional yet sustainable education for every child. We will leverage our experience of school improvement to support the leadership of the school to reduce in-school variation.
“Variation within schools accounts for more than two thirds of the total variation in the English system and well above the international average” OECD 2009.
